General Responsibilities of one of the above Dedicated Resource, will include but will not be limited to

  • Work on 1-3 sales positions simultaneously onyour behalf

  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Validate candidate availability, preliminary interest and compensation requirements.
  • Search, screen & recruit candidates in alignment with specifications provided by you for each position.
  • Source Passive candidates suitable for the vacant positions
  • Formally trained Resources provided that have a variety of skills to handle preliminary technical interview.
  • Attend status calls with you @ your request.
  • Market bench candidate profiles (Hot-Lists) to career portals, various databases, vendor contacts, web groups, Instant Messengers, social networking websites, etc. All transparent, no margins involved.
